Well... I just read through the caption competition and I am amazed that he was banned in the first place. I am also amazed that someone reported his post, the caption competition is always going to contain similar material, it wasn't overly offensive, you see worse in football threads. Whoever reported him needs to grow up and stay out of those kind of threads if it offends.
Ristac, you should see the things that get said freely in the General Chat forum. I guess it comes down to what is reported though, or I would hope what the moderators on each board see fit to allow.
I suggest that particular supermod owes an explanation here and an apology. It shouldnt fall to you or Matt to do their dirty work.
Quite some time ago I posted a genuine question on the general chat, the abuse that received left me scratching my head. I had a little look through some of the other posts and it left me in no doubt that GC is a war zone that was best left alone.
How the **** Minxy can quote the structure last week, chapter, hym & verse but then they go and do this is beyond comprehension. Something has to change so either they go on mass or a new dawn regime is put in place and stuck too!!

unfortunately I go back much further than Searson,Wood etc. The first goalkeeper I saw playing for Leeds was called Daniels,in the days of Holley,Powell,Cochrane,Henry etc. Yes I am ancient I was 83 a couple of weeks since.I was a season ticket holder throughout the Revie years and it was like being in Heaven.
Ah it was only a small one. Good though. Went down to Sydney for a wedding. Not a massive fan of sydney actually but my sister lives down that way as well in the blue mountains on an acreage so spent a few days around there afterwards.
ne keeper to throw into the mix and he did have a good reputation with us was Mervyn Day. He was with us with a couple of trophys/promotion etc. Good guy went to Carlisle, ended up back at West Ham as coach ....
