It is just Ralph. And I'm fairly sure that's how he looks to the outside world.
We didn't exactly take to him immediately. It took a little while for us to get the message. Now we carry it as a badge.
It is natural for the British to dislike this sort of thing...most of us hate business spiel (which is how Ralph talks all the time). We've learnt that he means what he says and it works for us. Probably a mistake for him not to write a fresh speech if what he said at the end was on the video. We love you, Ralphie (just try not to embarrass us too much in public
