Hello, everyone. Hope we all well.

Cor bally blinkin’ ‘eck I see that racing is getting barely a mention in the sports pages and bulletins today, despite a great day yesterday, with almost all the attention centred around other pastimes. The main story seems to be that a lowly Premier League team have parted company with their manger. Coincidentally, I see that the Sunderland ‘gaffer’ has also left.

Meanwhile, pilgrims, is it a condition of employment that when someone leaves the employ of that Qatari chap they have to give the most sycophantic speech possible detailing how wonderful he is?!? We had Jamie, then Harry, then Olly and now old boy Andrea has followed suit! Surely, this is too many to be a coincidence. On signing a contract must his employees agree to ‘give gushing praise to the boss when we leave otherwise all monies paid, thus far, must be refunded’.

    Good luck, troops.

Mr Henderson’s Cocktails At Dawn may debut for the term at God’s own racecourse, Newton Abbot, on Friday. In their valuable £30k Intermediate Chase the great man also has Hammersly Lake entered. Interestingly, the latter has never jumped a big ‘un, in public, whilst at Seven Barrows but did win in France way back in ’11.

I see the rich food in Paris doesn't agree with Frankie so he isn't riding today. I'm sure its for no other reason.

Do you think these Liverpools supporters are backing the wrong Jurgen??? Old boy Klinsmann ‘blue’ across the board on Oddschecker and as low as 14’s.

Possible, I guess, SBC, but cannot see Klinsmann leaving the States. His Frau is American and was very unhappy in Munich when he was the Bayern trainer. She likes to be home in L.A. Think he got all this Buddhist stuff from his missus, he used to talk a bit of the Buddhism business when he was here, and that didn't always fit too well with the Bayern hierarchy, with half the squad doing "Ommm" half the time.

Chankillo 425 Market Rasen - some near misses in similar races last few times. Going well when falling at the last @ Southwell - does compensation await?

Disagree AP rode at Southwell after his Grand National win on Don't Push It - these flat saddle monkeys don't know what hard work graft riding in minus temperatures is!!

It snowed in Paris last night gents. That is all <laugh>

In all seriousness, what a ride he give that horse yesterday, tucking in behind Treves pacemaker after having the balls to circle the entire field was brilliant.

My biggest pickup of the year on the distance markets today.

    £30 4 fold

    Windsor over 13,5 @ 7/4
    Pontefract over 17 @ 7/4
    Market Rasen over 38 @ 7/4
Combined distances Windsor, Ponte & Market Rasen 0ver 65 @7/4

Now the genius part of this bet is that Corals have only started doing the combined market since the 1st October - and as you can see, if the 3 meetings are all over the combined is also over so basically trebling your 3-fold odds <cheers>
