Liverpool appear to have already made a decision on who will replace Rodgers by the sound of it. There is no way Koeman would leave .

Probably Gary Monk. Swansea managers are serially over hyped as the next big thing.

I happen to think that their problems come from the owners.

If Klopp (or someone else good) comes in and doesn't improve things, Liverpool fans will have to direct their anger higher up.

Of course he will, the whole squad are going to you in a couple of weeks. If you give us a good welcome we'll be nice and keep our winning margins respectably low...well hopefully.

For the sake of the league I do hope Liverpool get a manager who will develop a great team again, but not until after we play you please.

Why would Klopp want to go to Liverpool when the Chelsea job could be available any time soon?

Maybe because he doesn't want to work for a trigger happy Russian?

Ancelotti would surely be coming back if that was the case.

Did I just hear Brenda saying they were constantly rebuilding and they had lost four key players, in recent years?
    FOUR!
He took four from us, Utd took two and Arsenal one, in the last two summers and we still get better.
    Whinging wassock.

The sooner scouser a realise that their glory days are behind them, the sooner they might start to re-build. Brenda was a symptom, not a cause.

Listening to 606 this evening and you can't get away from the sense of entitlement displayed by Liverpool supporters(or at least the ones which call up talk shows).

I think they have a good squad already and other than buying two many similar players, there recruitment has not been that terrible.

A decent manager, who plays people in their correct positions and can organise a team defensively will get a lot out of those players

I meant a tilt at the title, competing closely for it rather than winning it. Mind you, I didn't know forth was their best in the 25 years prior to the prem!

Do like to see any person being put out of a job. Nevertheless, a horrid arrogant man who, no doubt, made few friends in his tenure and lost some others along the way as he grew in self-importance.

Yeah, and in the main they were either mediocre or crap, with occasional blips of minor success. They did win the FA Cup the year after us, it's true. Of course, they had little more money than anybody else back then, so that was probably it. The PL was practically designed for ManU.
