Gary, 40/1 and 10/1 winners at £2.50EW paid handsomely sadly the only one I had in my LINDA AGNES PERRATT (Not Amanda Perratt who i assumed was the same wifey because her initials are L A PERRATT, thanks for correcting me, im not worthy of gracing these racing forums and should be whipped by Linda Perratt) Lucky 15 was the 10/1 other wise it would have been a bumper pay day Added to that had no less than 6 winners last night in a combination of bets , sadly i was let down by the one and only Ruth Carr for a decent pay out when her well backed favourite GALPIN JUNIOR failed to get home and let me down on my L15 . That will teach me for betting against her earlier in the day, i owe her one
With my bad run of form lately I wouldn't trust my own selections. 3.45 CaptainRisk upto 9/2 (I see steel city boy as a threat but not a fan of the jockey) 4.30 Ridley Didley 9/2 8.30 Spic N Span 4/1 (Has an excellent Southwell record) I've done a small patent. Anyway take that as what you will and good luck for today folks.

Wayward: There is a massive difference in Amanda and Linda, not just in physique but also speech One speaks the Queen's English very well indeed with a lovely tone the other is from North of the Border Ruth will no doubt be reading this and you will have been well and truly 'chucked' or 'dumped' or whatever the term is nowadays
I have it on good authority that Gordon Brown used to read the 606 posts. He and MI5 took a keen interest in the war between the All Weather Wonders and the National Hunt ****s. I wonder if anyone else of import reads the forum?

Nice start Wayward: Mathematically at those prices it would have been better to drop the singles and go for doubles and trebles mate Good luck with the rest though
Mathematically? I would love an explanation to that. Well done Wayward, gutted that it pipped my selection on the line after that one traded very low. Just didn't get home which surprised me. Spencer did well to get the winner up.
Copied from Naps League Thread in case it gets missed there. "Status updated as at last night. This is a Naps League based on £1 staked. One nap is allowed per day and you can choose on which days to provide a nap. What are the views on also allowing more than 1 selection per day. So it wouldn't be a Naps League as such; it would be a Level Stakes Profit League. The only reason I ask is that, as mentioned on another thread, the weekday racing is generally fairly poor whereas there is a much better quality racing on Saturday, meaning that some may find more than one "good" bet on Saturdays, for example. I'm not talking of going to the extreme of including all selections on the Daily Thread as that would be a nightmare to administer. Just a thought. And while I'm here do we want to continue with the Saturday Competition?"
Im not Jonny Ball or Carole Vorderman so mathematically i will stick to my Lucky 15 which is a favourite bet of mine that has paid handsome dividends, but advice appreciated
Nass: All i meant was, when doing these multi bets if the odds of the singles do not cover the stake of the bet i think it is worth dropping the singles and merely doing the 6 doubles and 4 trebles with a larger stake. Purely my way of doing it, enjoy a L15 but only at the bigger meetings when the odds are worthwhile Wayward: Fingers crossed for your next one mate
