Unfortunately I have to agree, Can this season has been extremely average at best. We played him in his preferred position at the start and he did ok at best but now we've reverted him back to CB he doesn't look great. Maybe in the summer when he said he only wants to play CM is bringing out a negative attitude in him, I dunno.

Rossiter looks like another Jay Spearing but worse, Origi needs to be a winger forward, he can't lead the line well at all.

 

Persisting with Can as a centre half is just odd.

After a few poor performances, he then reverts to back 3 and Can pays the price for his versatility.

It's not fitness it's desire, those players don't want to play for Rodgers I think that's plain to see.

 

I've not got a problem with that though, Rossiter deserves a shot but maybe keeping Markovic and giving him games as well would have been a good idea, don't get me started on Illori.
