I think Bilic hit the nail on the head a few weeks ago, the reason English sides generally perform below par is because we underestimate the lower seeded sides in the competition. Not saying they'll qualify but I bet Arsenal take points from Bayern over the next two games, it was a big game anyway with who the opposition are but it's even bigger now that they have to win.
I agree. I think we've got so used to us doing well in the CL (having 4 teams qualify at times), that we've forgotten to maintain/build on the quality that we had. I think we've all been left behind and I would question the decision to admit 4 EPL teams, even 3 would be a stretch. But i guess the money would be too hard to turn down from UEFA.

In all seriousness though Luv, with Brendan Rodgered at the helm it wouldn't surprise me to see Liverpool go on to win the europa and then the CL next season. So our coefficient should be fine
