I suppose the idea was that ospina plays the domestic cups and group stages and Cech plays in the league and CL knock out rounds but I have to say I was surprised Cech didn't start this one. Cech is in good form and ospina hasn't played for a while and seems to look suspect when thrown into the team.
To make people feel better, Shezny has let in a howler as well. So just incase people are thinking maybe we should have kept him, he's not exactly covering himself in glory either.
We're not even creating chances which is the worrying thing. Olympiakos can just shut up shop and play deeper this half and we'll probably struggle.
We need to be getting back into this and getting the win, a loss or even a draw and the group starts to look like an uphill struggle from the start.
Stop worrying. We can still win the CL simply because we haven't been knocked out... and we have Giroud to fire us to glory when he comes back as he's #quality. We're sure to miss him if he ever leaves.
Coq about to be replaced, don't think he was fit today, not a good game from him today, looked well off the pace, and was running like a headless chicken for much of the game.
