Be honest now, who would you prefer to be running our club now?

Fair point. Tango and Cash, club promoted and with no debt so it's been said. Tony, club in massive debt plus laughing stock.

Was never a fan of Tango but credit where it's due looking back!

Seems a bit like comparing two piles of sh!t & saying which would you prefer to step in - when the answer is clearly neither.

Tango and Cash have a better record! To be honest, I think they had more sense about them than Tone. Tone is a nice guy but a bloody liability who has only failed at QPR. But I don't want Tango, Cash or Tone near our club. I wish we had someone who was sensible and a good leader. Someone who didn't have stars in their eyes but had a clear vision of how to make our club stronger.

I know Amit is a stakeholder but of a much lesser amount. When he was appointed chairman we got Warnock, less drama and one of the best seasons in my life time.

When that season ended and got promoted is when Tony took over. Not been much fun since then really has it!

To be honest, I don't know anymore. How can we say who is the right person to run our club? Tone seems like a decent guy but clueless. I have no idea who to replace him with or what the Mittals would be like as leaders.

I will stick to my post above. The one season he was in charge and that buffoon Briatore was not sacking everyone and picking the team we did very well. Tony took over at the end after promotion plus no debt and it's turned back into a shower of sh!t again. Surely this is no coincidence?

Who knows but that's my stance on it!

There's obviously a point in what you're saying but I don't think there's any doubt it would have turned into a shower of **** if the Italians were in charge for much longer. There isn't really any choice between them. But there's not much else we can do about it.

I think your missing the point mate. Yes the Italians were owners but Amit was calling all the shots that season. I do agree about Tango and Cash but Amit is still part of our ownership makeup and with him at the rudder something clicked did it not?

I may well have missed something. I have no idea how we can tell who has been calling the shots in any given season. Do we really know what was happening and who made each decision?

Fair play. I'm to drunk and p!ssed of right now to take part in the argument clinic tbh!

As much as it hurts right now to be a rangers fan I'm so chuffed that I was not born into a Chelsea supporting family!

    Keep the faith U R's!

    Peace!

It's difficult to know in hindsight. Palace weren't happy with the Steve Parish, Stephen Browett fans consortium but look how that's turned out for them. They're loving it now. Everything since Jim Gregory that's QPR related has seemed to turn to fools gold. The only time we seemed we were on the up was with Bulstrode which was rather unexpectedly. But he went and snuffed it while consorting with a game girl whilst on the job ( her name escapes me, I'm sure Kilburn will come up with the goods. ) And since then it's been a relative succession of disaster movie tales.

Tango & Cash didn't give two shiits about the club. TF, although out of his depth, does portray a genuine care for the club.
TF, if he doesn't go bust doing so, will get it right eventually.
Until then, we fans will continue to ride the wave of highs and lows.
CR may be a good junior coach but is showing he is not a manager so we will continue to suffer in the short term, to say the least.

And what in his stellar football record convinces you that TF will eventually get it right?

We are where we are because of several reasons:

    1. When Harry luckily got us promoted with a team that was still containing the 'bad eggs' TF didn't have the balls to sack him there and then.

    2. Whatever was going on between Harry and TF during that close season, we didn't sign players that would improve the team long-term. Hence Rio and Sandro leeched the budget.

    3. Again, warning signs were there over the Christmas programme that we were heading down and the loan budget was blown on Zarate who was as much use as a chocolate teapot.

    4. The timing of Harry's departure suggests revenge against TF.

    5. The stupid 'I've found our dream manager' tweet. So many f*cking irritating dumb tweets over the past four years.

    6. The appointment of the 'cheap option' manager who is grateful to be manager but seriously lacking in experience especially in the bearpit that is the Championship.

We seem to save our most cringeworthy performances for the Sky cameras, yet again having to take unreal stick from mates who have had a field day for the past four years. There's no hiding place, forget all the talk of promotion, this team are much worse than the one Harry brought up, there's no leadership (Say what you like about Joey, but he never hid during games), not a lot of skill and even Charlie is being brought down by the lack of service from a disjointed team that still can't string three or four passes together without giving the ball away.

Now we won't have the prospect of cashing in on Charlie, Matty and any others who had a residual value at the end of last season we face a very long road back, it's not beyond possibility that with no recognised fit striker we could be in the relegation zone by Christmas...

You make some valid points there mate.
My only thoughts were in hope of TF getting things right.

Ever crossed your mind that that season was a complete fluke? Amit is big mates (and a business partner) of Fernandes. If he had anything to offer he would be allowed to get his hands dirty. He's just a playboy with a share in a toy he's lost interest in. The owners have set a budget and let the football management get on with it, and I'm sure it was the same in that promotion season, except with even less cash.

The owners (and trust me, I think in general they have ****ed things up royally) can only be blamed for the choice of Les and CR to run the football side. Our performances are entirely down to Les and CR. They have a squad of players which on paper should easily be top six. And who knows may be we will be when it matters.

You know for a fact that Amit has lost interest do you?
I agree that Ramsey should be getting a lot more out of this squad and I'm afraid I think that he is unlikely to ever do so.
