Fair enough. I assumed that because it's a national news media outlet, many rival supporters voted. I thought it was a bit odd.
On what basis.? On the basis that you're a Saints fan and that nothing ever goes that right for us.? The evidence, if there is any, is that he might well sign an extension.
I suspect that any sign of a Saints bias and all our fans voted...and it let's you multiple vote. It is also an article that probably doesn't interest fans from other teams.
I hope he will at least agree to another season....the financial advantage to him is that his new salary would cover this season and next as well as the extension year. It would send out a nice message for us that he has faith in the team. It will all come down to what his future plans are...he may say no or he may prefer to at least wait until the end of this season before committing himself.
