The one that was bid for by multiple parties when nobody had it?
So that's a grand total of none, then.

The club rightly asked for a judicial review into the obviously dodgy deal.
You know, the one that they're still trying to cover up, despite being told to reveal the details.

Then you need to check what I actually said at the time then. I indicated then that I thought £30m was way too expensive for Lamela.
It's not wumming when you're proved right <ok>

Was it only dodgy because you didn't win or was your offer not dodgy enough ?

It was dodgy for a variety of reasons, including the relationship between West Ham's Olympic project director and an executive at the OPLC.
The same executive was also paid by the club for consultancy work.

Newham Council taking out a £40m loan while cutting costs and services to back the bid, the total lack of transparency... the whole thing's as bent as hell.
Why Arsenal fans seem so happy to back it is beyond me, but at least there's a few of you that are sensible enough to see the problems with it.

The stadium is looking great with the new seating. It's gonna be a great home for us. Can't wait. :smiley-finger007:

Actually I don't think any side should have it for £5m a year rent as it gives that side a financial advantage as they won't have to pay £350m to build a stadium.

Exactly! It's the point I've been trying to make. Also, Why are The Spammers contributing next to **** all towards the cost of the changes needed to make it suitable for football?! It's something that should concern all premiership clubs as it gives WHU a significant financial advantage.

You'll be furious then, as it's half that or even less:

"West Ham... will pay between £2m and £2.5m a year in rent."

Long term West Ham won't be in PL so it's not an issue !

  12. Hey, PIXIE! How did you get on, tonight, in the CL, against those minnows from Croatia. You must have slaughtered them, and set yourself up nicely for the next match, eh? Come on, mate! You've earned the bragging rights...

    Oh, wait!\

**** me! you lost! What an absolute shower! Another embarrassing and humiliating defeat in the CL! When is this going to end, PIXIE? You must be absolutely fuming?

Well, I can see that your thumb and forefinger has been furiously going back and forth rubbing your little chipolata over this result, but the fact remains that you have walked into yet another wum fail by trying to wum Arsenal about the Champions League, when Spurs are too **** to even be in it. <ok>

  14. Yeah, but still... you must be fuming?
