yea i se where your coming from, i dont know much about eremenko, what type of player is he, i heard he's more of an attacking midfielder though
hopeful over stockdale will be a great signing. as for the cohen/smith/johnson/clingan debate not seen much of clingan so cant really say all others have fitness issues but would be between cohen or johnson for me.
I heard that Fulham were waiting until after today before allowing Stockdale to join on loan, something to do with their Europa League Qualifying match. I hope so as I see on Sky Sports that Swansea have made an improved offer for him.
Gradel isn't worth £25k. He's not the best player at the club, and he doesn't deserve to be the highest paid player. Is he really that much better than Lloyd Sam or Nunez? He's had one good season for us. In his first season he nearly cost us promotion. 18 goals from midfield is great...but has anyone thought that the reason he scored more than say Snodgrass, was because he shoots all the time. For a player who has had ONE year in the championship, we shouldn't offer him more than £15k a week. Hopefully Stockdale will sign!
Stockdale is all of a sudden looking less likely i think, but your right about gradel there best fans, no more than 15k which i think is quite high, he should be offered the same as becchio was offered when he signed
Well I heard a while back that after Fulham's Europa match a decision would be made on Stockdale. I fully believe he will sign for either Leeds or Ipswich today, Leeds are said to be his preferred choice buy Grayson not wishing to have a recall clause inserted could scupper that.
The whole point of him being offerred to championship clubs is because Fulham WANT a recall clause, otherwise they'd let him go to Swansea and get him playing Premiership football. If Leeds resist this and Ipswich are happy to have the clause, then he'll go to Ipswich end of.
