I never said people did. I implied that we didn't get beaten by a great team and should have competed better. Diame is obviously fitter now, and as I said earlier we need him to keep fit. Huddlestone isn't up to much without someone who can make the midfield active.

The early goal was a huge help and hopefully it encourages Bruce to get his players playing from the start in games like this rather than sitting back too much.

Possession can - and often does - mean sod all. It's what you do with the possession that counts. A team can pass the ball around the back four for 10 minutes and get nowhere - except have impressive possession stats. Great 3 points tonight - remember Cardiff were unbeaten this season thus far.
