We are going down, we are going down!! We are QPR and we are going down again, however, For a moment we were in with a chance..... Then the game started!! Do I get extra points for that great sarcasm?? Must stop drinking that cool water! and get back on the wine.
Jesus Christ, this is hardly a disaster, plenty of good teams lose to ****ty ones in friendlies, we'll barely play these players so it doesn't really matter.
Of course it matters, not the result. But the fact we've got so many players taking a wage who aren't good enough.
Hamptom and Richmond Official Site Beavers sink QPR reserves 2-1 * Print * Email Details Category: HRBFC - The Club Published on Sunday, 17 July 2011 18:30 Written by Rob Hits: 187 In Mark Harper's first game in charge, albeit by proxy as a pre booked family holiday took priority, the new look Beavers took on a QPR XI, sprinkled with players with first team experience. In the first half, the Beavers looked the equal of the professionals from Shepherds Bush, as Harper's new phliosophy had clearly had taken hold. The team looked confident and competent on the ball, always looking for the pass, rather than the direct attack used in recent seasons. A well taken free kick from Callum Stewart opened the scoring for the Beavers but Martin Rowlands levelled the scoring just before half time for the visitors. In the second half, the game became disjointed as the cavalry charge of substitutes came on, but with about 10 minutes to go, a lovely move by the Beavers was finished off by Nathan Collier's neat footwork on the ball, giving him a tap in finish from close range. Just tells us what we already knew - too much dead wood at the club (apologies to Rowly and Cook for speaking of them in such terms, but I think they've both had their day).
