    It's odd, but you have to disagree on the value in order to do a deal. The buyer must value the item as being worth more than the selling price whereas the seller must value the item lower than the price. So the basis of capitalism is disagreement rather than what you might expect, namely agreement.

    Most high profile footballers playing in Scotland make it in the English Premier. It does depend on the team they are joining and how they are used in my view. It also does depend on which country they play for if they are internationals. It would be unusual for a Dutch international to be a flop in the EPL.

    The original position of seller and buyer may be a disagreement about price, but nothing can be achieved until they agree...so in that sense it is about compromise and agreement.
