He has been thus far for sure but I don't think it was a great place for a young player to be. Like I said, we'll see what Pardew can make of him.

Wickham has also looked **** so far for Palace. Borini scored 10 in 40 for us from left wing, happy with that. Happy with paying 7.75m, if it rises to 9.75m then he's obviously been worth it. Don't know why you seem to be against Sunderland so much. Comes across as an inferior complex, in all honesty.

 

Jonny's a decent player. Rio, Vidic and the rest made him look better but he's no mug.

I probably agree with Wickham, never rated him as high as others have n has never done a lot at Sunderland really. Seemed £2/3m too much.

lol, even one of those stories claims the rumour is probably fake, it looks more like knee-jerk panic buying to me, and you've gone for someone who Chelsea 'might' be interested in, Pedro must stick in the throat.

 

They did bid for him, but he wanted to go to UTD, Chavbus was snubbed

There's nothing in any of those stories that says anything other than Chelsea bid for him, were told he was not for sale then bought Pedro instead.
