I like the above, genuine pace on the wings and steel in the middle. If you take Catts out and put Rodwell in then that's a big midfield 3 who could bully teams in the middle of the park. Up top we look quick as **** too. Borini and Defoe are not slow but add Lens, Yedlin and PVA and your talking real pace in attack.

That's something we haven't had for ages as well. Strength in depth.

Arguing about our strongest team is a very good thing.

Both Catts & Rodwell are ****e atm.
I'd have Catts out & Larsson in.

Johnson normally comes in with around 8 goals.
Defoe should be up around 10.
Borini I would put between 6-10 depending where he plays.
Lens 6 plus I would think. A big improvement on Altidore, wickham, Fletcher and Graham.

Watmore will chip in. Toi' could be good for 4/5

Not many get 15 plus in the Prem' anymore.

I know we have kept some deadwood but our bench this season will be full of experience. Not saying its quality but our bench could be mannone, jones, coates, larsson, rodwell, johnson, fletcher, watmore then you still have
Brown, buckley bridcutt, graham. Not sure what my point was now? Strength in depth. Its not a bad looking premier league squad.

Could be Toivonen up top with Johnson in behind him. Toivonen can hold it up and bring in players, Johnson can play great balls in for Lens an Borini.

The one thing it does show is that we have different options with good players and that Fletcher shouldn't get on the bench.

If Borini can get past Kompany he can get past ANY defender, I am chuffed we have him back, he will be good standing in for Johnson at the minute.
