JPF you are coming on very strong here and i'm hoping the real medium isn't in the names you've said cos frankly you've painted a bullseye on Nev already.

 

Why are we voting Obi and Gerrez? I've read nothing that makes the suspicious at all. I think there might be a few 'baddies' jumping on these two lads. Think we need to pay closer attention to the ones voting Gerrez and Obi.

I'm not sure I agree 100% with the conclusion, but I think it is worth following up on. I think the three of us that you mention should be targeted for investigation. That way the information doesn't become public too early.

 

You highlighted the common phrasing between obi and Gerrez first. Only two types of people have any chance of knowing this, the medium who is a party to the rules and dynamics of the teams, and an evil player. While it is unlikely an evil player would dob his own team in, there maybe more than one team.

Well you can get someone to investigate me, if you think its the best policy. But I only noticed it because it was so obvious. Why would someone by putting dudes, bodacious, gnarly etc. (all words associated with Bill & Ted??) so frequently into a discussion. It might just be Gerrez on the wind up, but it was way to obvious for me at least to not pick up on.

Its definitely part of the game, I think anyone with half a brain can make that link. Whether it means he's good, bad or neutral? No idea, but its the only hunch we've got to go on at the moment.

 

investigations must be random and secret, we cannot have three people publically chosen, because if you're evil, you flip it to appear good, if you're good, other's might flip to turn you bad. The evil players with an ability to flip must not know who we target.

 

Right, just caught up. The two who are coming across as suspicious to me atm is both Lucaas and JPF. They seem happy enough to throw all of the attention at Gerrez and Obi.

Speaking for myself, the phrasing came to my attention simply through the thread. Obi did loads of posts with what looked like too many spelling errors to be a mistake. I initially thought this was Obi being Obi and ****ing about. However, it was the way that Gerrez responded to that seemed to be very out of character for the way he normally plays. the fact that then so many out of context references came up made it seem very obvious (perhaps too obvious - we will see). Perhaps it was reading back in one go because of being out, rather than following the thread live. However, you did the same as you were at work too. So not sure why it didn't jump out at you too. Like MITO said, go with what is in front of you.

It is part of the game but none of you have any idea what part it plays. Killing me is helping whatever evil team we (well, you dudes) face. AFC had the same role as me but for the evil team (I'm town aligned). I'm kicking his arse in the challenge but you guys are killing me as a result #idiots
