Wake up, It's the cup perfect (for what I see) games to test the squad which is what CR did and it didn't pay off. Clearly he isn't looking for a cup run but instead more importantly looking at securing a good position in The Championship. I know which I would prefer. Still only 6 games into the season and plenty of more rebuilding to do. Let's not all get upset on the fact we can't all go to Wembley in February it just wasn't meant to be. Lots of clubs rotate their team for cup matches, especially in the top two divisions. It's good management depending on the clubs priorities imo. Don't blame CR one bit. Those criticizing CR would also be criticising him if he'd played a full strength team and a key player got injured. Poor guy cannot win imo.

That is true and I don't believe CR treated this fixture with the same disdain as HR did despite the result.
Well thats 90 minutes off my life i wont get back, on the plus side Ramsey now knows that these youngsters are a million miles away from the 1st team, and because im a old fart it only cost me a fiver
Just on my way back. Ramsey didn't treat the game with disdain at all; that was a sensible side to field. We just didn't play very well.
