Hobbs has started just two of the Reds’ four league games so far with the most recent coming in Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Bolton Wanderers at the Macron Stadium. It would be a huge surprise should Dougie Freedman part with Hobbs with the Reds squad looking particularly thin at the moment due to a string of injuries. Both Leeds and QPR are keen to add to their defensive ranks and both clubs could try to tempt Forest into a sale before the transfer window closes on September 1st. Hobbs has a wealth of Football League experience and reached the play-offs with Leicester City before winning promotion with the Tigers. I guess he has to ask himself, "Do I want to go to a mid-table club who are massive in every way but will never go up or do I go to a smaller club like QPR who are going places?" Well, what's it going to be, punk? Go ahead, make your day and come to Loftus Road.
Why is it that so many of the players we are linked with always seem to have 'a series of injury problems'?
Because our club offers 'buy one, get one free' visits to Healthcare. Dr Chris offers 24/7 assistance to new signings with extended warranties currently being offer till the window shuts. Dr Chris alternates with Dr Les, who in turn, alternates with the Big Kahuna himself, Dr Tonz, who flies in on Air Asia at a moments notice........... or when Sandro & family aren't using the aircraft to pick up more Frequent Flyer Points.
"Established himself as a peripheral part of the red's back four" Does that mean he's a full back or is it just a fancy/stupid way of saying he's a back up...
hey, **** off. We don't talk bad about QPR on our board... In all seriousness though I don't think we are actually interested in Hobbs at all.
Truth be known, neither are we, were looking for someone with a height advantage to give us the edge.
