It was, centre halves about 30 yards apart with no one in the middle. Dawson easily beaten in the air and whatever the **** Curtis Davies was doing in attempting to prevent their player getting a comfortable attempt on goal, God only knows. I'm a big fan of Brucey but it was pretty indefensible today. A switch to 3-5-2 may have been worth a try. But if you arent working the oppo's goalie there's summat wrong and we didnt until the last 15 minutes. In mitigation Robbo did say they forced us back and worked hard against us stopping him and Dave getting forward.

This thread made me laugh. Always someone stood in the wings desperately waiting to jump in at the first loss. In a 4 game unbeaten run. Based on the amount of players that have left and the amount that have signed and the time it takes for a team to gel id say he was doing a brilliant job. Especially with the ridiculous uncertain transfer situation which is hanging over the club.
