OK, only 3 minutes out of 94, but it would be handy if we had some full backs.

Norway - thanks for the great highlights. Much appreciated!

    What a comeback and result!
    Some great action as well.

Does anyone have an idea on the formation? From the team sheet it seems to suggest 4-3-3, but it was probably flexible for attack (4-3-3?) and defence (4-5-1 or 4-2-3-1?). If anyone saw the match who is technically savvy, then I would be very grateful for your insights.

    Great view. Thanks.
This really does remind me of Warnock's team that got us up in 2011. Cerry as the Taraabt figure.

Can't help noticing that Charlie header for the goal was a better defensive header than when Pearch decided to stick it back into the mix for their second.

    Charlie for heading coach.

QPR player has the full 90 minutes. I gambled on a subscription this year because I wanted to watch to pre season friendlies. It might pay off.

That miss just before the end was scarily similar to the three we let slip by in the second half on Saturday. Les Ferdinand needs to get out of the boardroom and onto the training ground to show them how to stick those away.

I like that midfield three of Chery, Phillips and Luongo behind Austin.

    4-2-3-1 mate.

Please stop stalking me on every thread. It gets very tiresome.
Ski asked a question and I simply gave him an answer.

    Please stop trolling.

Col - thanks for the reply. Much appreciated!

Do you think that this will be standard formation for this season, or do you think that will Chris will try to play 4-3-3 which apparently is his "preferred" formation?

    No idea mate.
Both are very fluid and quite similar so I suppose we could see either.
As long as we don't revert to hoof ball 4-4-2 I'll be happy.
From the brief highlights I've seen from the Wolves game I'm reminded of the Warnock team where the three behind Helguson swapped positions in a fluid way.
    Hope it continues.

I agree that they are fluid.

I think it changes from 4-2-3-1 (or 4-5-1) in a "defensive mode" to possibly 4-3-3 in attack.

The problem is that unless you see a match live, then you really do not see the positioning and all the off the ball movements. However, if you do not even have access to a stream for the match, then it is nigh on impossible.
