The problem with McGregor is that he's going to be on a good chunk, I'd imagine he'll be one of the high earners so we'd probably need to shift him before bringing in another. For that to happen we'll need a miracle

Yes we can. Akpom and Gray would ruin championship defencies as a strike combo and the investment would be peanuts compared to what it would cost by not getting back into the PL and all that lovely wonga.

We still have around £20m in the transfer kitty anyway after this summers sell offs.
