He likes a "project" but him taking over at Everton would be like Elon Musk taking over at Scalextric

If he finishes bottom half of the table again I think they'll be serious pressure on him

I don't. They've very little outlay to recoup, what have they got to lose by finishing bottom half?

Bless him, I like Martinez. No arrogance to him, but he's not a very good manager to be fair to him

Sorry, but it's true. That's why Ferguson was and Mourinho is successful, they're ruthless. Roberto is too soft and remember he took Wigan down; Brendan is a bit erm - #negativealert #watchout - and that's why Moyes never won jack, either.

Not that I want Everton to have progress further, mind you...they must continue to know their place <ok>

    Bitter auld kopite

Moyes kept his job for 11 years as he took us from relegation candidates to European regulars on a net spend equivalent to the cost of Borini you helmet

If Martinez doesn't perform this season he'll be sacked

History in making between Everton and Manchester United. There has never been any manager movement between Liverpool and Everton/United. More chance of Martinez going to United.:)
