In my experience (and I do have some in this area) a married woman putting it about does so for one of a small number of reasons.
Either;
She's bored and wants a bit of excitement, but wouldn't leave her husband;
She wants to leave him, and is using you as an escape route, or;
She's using you to make him jealous.

The relationship has run its course. She's told me this several times. Side orders aren't a regular occurrence, to my knowledge.However, her hubby knows she was seeing someone else who's a known Lothario, so the spotlight remains on him, even though it's not happening anymore.
