Fair enough mate, I see what you mean about grey areas but I just think whatever type of head butt it was he's been a silly boy but to be honest if he comes in and improves our midfield he can go and lay the nut on the queen for all that I care.
If the refs dropped a clanger then I'll eat my words mate and admit I was wrong, if he comes into the side and improves us he'll have all of our backing obviously, I never meant it to come across like I was crucifying him or hanging him out to dry or anything, but getting a red in the u-21's for that is just silly that's all
Nah not seen it mate. Just heard it was a "coming together off the ball" but, knowing the fa, they'll ban him as he has a rep and plays for us
All these people slating the lad for this "head butt" I reckon none have seen it! I haven't and reserve my judgement until I do. Also... Didn't a certain Marco Gabbiadini have a hot head? John Kay? Eric Cantona drop kicked a punter FFS! Loric Cana as well? Bloody hell man - there was a flare up and our hot headed player got involved? Big deal
Not at all It confirms that he has 'fire in his belly' and, like us all, his head can get hot at times Eric Cantona springs to my mind
http://www.safc.com/news/team-news/2015/august/mvila-available It musnt have been a full blown nut then!
He headbutted a Norwich player - funny if he plays against them on Saturday. U21s is a different level but if he can come in and boss things the way reports suggest he did in that game it's fine by me. Don't condone a butt but hey ho. Players who get paid millions and don't put any effort in earning it annoy me more.
Most genius players have a hint of devil in them - it's the devil part that makes them try the outrageous and unexpected. No problems at all from me
