Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but just turned at the family lounge to find it shut. As per the stewards it's going to be closed all season. I'm not that fussed, but jnr is upset as liked to meet his friends in there before the match. Also going to miss the free candy floss! How does this help attract younger fans?
They wouldn't know anything about anything until today, they're just minimum wagers and agency staff, they'll not be told anything about the club until they turn up.
Bloody bookies shut in stadium. You would have thought they would of found some firm to take them over Grrr
Unfortunately, instead of meeting the challenge of their failure with a positive, vibrant response, they have elected (sic) to do the normal Hull social club thing and just close another room. How bloody sad that is - these people have no idea how the world works, they have absolutely no idea how we see what our allegiances and enjoyment can be fulfilled. They think they are saving what? Pennies is the answer.
Go on really try hard, I'm sure you could be even more patronising from your perch on Arrogant Hill. You complain about the Allam's high handed attitude to fans? To save you time I've already called myself a cXXX cos as a mod you appear to encourage such behaviour.
Junior one was going to do her usual £5 bet on 2-0 I will do there bets at corals in future on the way to game. Juniors had a great day and so did i.
What's patronising about my post? I'm simply pointing out that these people don't actually work for the club and will not be informed about such matters. Thanks for saving me a job anyway.
they're just minimum wagers and agency staff,[/QUOTE] This does not read as being the most respectful of description of a group of people trying to earn a crust, that is what's patronising. I accept that you may not mean it as such but if you re read it you surely see my point.
To be fair 'just minimum wagers' does sound a bit patronising (About time they were at least 'living wagers' too!)
