Now here is a question are we better off at 3-0 at half time or full time?

I normally keep my opinions on our team to myself, rather do O/T but I read all the 'I love Catts stuff' and ****ing sigh. The man has an auto place in our team, yeah he puts in good performances when the chips are down but he's just not good enough I'm afraid for the next level. I have a commemorative Kevin Ball framed original poster in our bedroom, loved the guys to bits in the old Division 1 but much preferred Alex Rae playing when we were in the Prem. Absolutely ****ing shocking start this and Ellis, stop tipping ****ing waiters and give the man the players to work with FFS, sad that he has to hint in ****ing press conferences....<doh>

Horror show. Defence have the fear and the Midfield can't be arsed. As pathetic as the faux atmosphere and the chin activated drinks bottles.

Honestly though what positives can you take from that 45 minutes? e have been ****e in pre-season even against hannover others claimed we played well but we didn't we scraped a win in a nothing game and created very little. We are woefully under prepared and before anyone quotes me how long is left of the window GET REAL! How can you accept starting a season this badly when we've had all summer! And how can that change in just over 2 weeks even if we do sign players we will be playing catch up and almost guaranteed another relegation battle

that's the early season optimism given a beating, those first few minutes we had them going and then bang bang bang. Optimism remains for us pulling it together next week

Apart from us getting out-skilled, it,s visibly seeing Leicester want it so much more, it,s like we,ve never had a pre-season at all.
4-3-3 not going to work with a CM that,s not skilled enough! Not singling Catts out by any means, whole midfield has been anonymous, not much of a show from anyone at all,
Fletcher still thinks he,s Pele, outrageous effort from wide and 40 yards his only contribution.
Going to be a long season at this rate

Well the good news is we can't play much worse than that, so things can only get better. Leicester have just pressed us (no one can be surprised by this surely) and we can't deal with it. Defence have been awful midfield are nowhere to be seen (I was glad to see cats come off he was that far off the pace) and the forwards are looking very rusty and not much running beyond the ball. If this is anything to go by it's gonna be a ****ing long hard season.

What do expect? You saw the way we were last season. Did you think fielding two new signings were going to transform us? I still think we can get the players in to steer us to early safety, and I'm going to at least give us chance to bring them in. I've said a dozen time as it stands we're in trouble. But I will not define our season off the first half of football played of the season.

What do I expect well from a group of well paid professionals who have had time specifically to work and improve I'd expect even a shade of that would you not

The second 45 wont define a whole season either, but it might tell you a lot about whether certain players have changed their attitude from last season. At least if they knuckle down and improve in the second half it will show progress from folding on a bad day like last season (same could be said of us too).

Who is gonna want to come to a team who plays as badly as us? If we had anybody in the pipeline I am pretty sure they will have made an about turn around about now. I dont think there has ever been a team who can extinguish hopeful optimism amongst their fans as quicky as us. I've had a ****ing nuff! You'd have thought Leceister's uncertainty would have been a great leveller, but no, they play us off the park! Wasnt expecting a win today, a decent performance would have done, but to produce the usual ****, to put ourselves on the back foot and to put pressure on ourselves after just 45 minutes of football is scandalous and laughable.

I expect a better workmate and a bit of urgency, I don't expect poor players to become good players over a summer.

I do know only two new signings on the pitch, M'Vila to come in and another two to come in. I'll wait to they come in and they've had time to gel before I'll write us off. <ok>:)
