    Looks like he could be a useful signing. Preston fans seemed to hold him in high regard, and hopefully he can make the step up this season and offer us something on the wings.

    He's been training with us for 2 days so at least he's had a bit of time to get to know everyone, and no doubt is familiar with Derrick Williams.

    It's a very good signing to be fair, very attacking and should we play him and Freeman in a midfield 3 it's safe to say we're not worrying about other teams this year and playing our game! Something McInnes and SOD failed to do.

    bodes well me think-

    Richard ShipmanGreat player - I watch both City and Villa regularly, and he was expected to break into Villa's first team this season - better prospect than Lindegard!

    He certainly scored some important goals for Preston. Lets hope he can do the same for us at this elevated level

    Shame its a loan, but then so was Caulker and that was an exceptional piece of business

    Shiny - me thinks only one holding midfielder in the Championship would be just asking for it
