What are your guys predictions for the match?
Mine is 3-1 to us but I expect a good game...
Should be a great atmosphere as I hear you have sold 12000 tickets and we have sold out our 3000 allocation.
Really looking forward to it.. anyone on here going???

I think it will be a full house. The Pompey website suggests 16,000 tickets sold already.

As for the score, it's always difficult with pre-season friendlies, but I'll go for a high scoring entertaining affair and say 5-3 Chelsea <ok>

I remember going to the game at the Bridge after Christmas in 1983, we drew 2-2 that day with goals from my chums Kevin Dillon and Mark Hately, One of the most memorable games for me against the Blues, and I will go optimistically with a repeat and 2-2 at Fratton.<ok>

I think the number of tickets sold is approaching 17000, and by KO tomorrow given sales on the door, we should have 17000+ which is certain to give an amazing atmosphere. and its only a friendly!! Just printed off my ticket now for the fratton end, and I cant wait!

My predo: bucket load of goals!! PUP

That's 3000 + 1 as I'm bringing my friend, a lifelong diehard Chelsea fan/season ticket holder who will be sitting in the North Stand with me and my brother-in-law. Ha ha - can't wait!

Hope you have a good trip down & enjoy the game <ok>

Going with my Dad (Chelsea fan) and Grandad (Pompey fan) so we should have a good bit of family banter.

What do you think the team will be like? I'm hoping Cotts gets to have a look at some of your reserves, possibly for potential loans :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Have a good day, just make sure you stay away from Guildhall and the angry street warriors <ok>

    I'll take an 8-8 draw.

Forgive me for perhaps being ignorant, but are Portsmouth - Chelsea games really that feisty an affair?

I thought it was quite fiesty when malouda decided to reshape rocha's face with his elbow and then break tommy smith nose. That was quite hostile me thinks.

You are correct there ! Two shocking challenges - did he even get booked ?!

Mind you, Malouda is a good player (when he isn't fouling Pompey players)
