the love in for manquillo is also hilarious... he was destroyed by a couple teams and hauled off and extremely limited going forward. Clyne at 12mil is a bargain. get behind the ACTUAL players we have invested in.
Clyne is a good player and I'm happy we got him. Destroyed? I presume you're talking about Crystal Palace game where he was double teamed? Limited going forward? Were you expecting a Maldini, Cafu type for a lad who is 19 years old? Having Clyne and Manq at RB, we would have had one attacking full and one defensive one. Good balance to have.
no west ham absolutely trounced him.... balls onto his area in the air and he couldn't cope at far stick. as for limited... people called carragher limited but he could actually knock it past and beat a man even when he was getting older at times. manquillo will end up at a lower spanish side doing nothing. I don't care. i am right he is limited.. you only need look at joe gomez to know i'm right. the instant you see the guy you'll know.. martin kelly had more about him than manquillo.
Yes, Joe Gomez proved to you by excelling against third rate opposition in friendlies? I like him and I think he has a lot potential. I hope we don't waste him at wing back. Zaba, Ivanovic, Maldini etc all added their attacking ability during mid 20's. I rather have a young player who concentrated on the basics i.e. defending before adding the luxuries to his game. Carragher??? Now you're just taking the p*ss.
I can tell from what he did instantly the raw talent he has. why are you talking wing back!!! i never mentioned it and manquillo was not even considered by rodgers at wing back... Beleive me you can tell... same As I could tell wisdom would be prem player in our u21s compared to guys of similar level around him as he had that little extra ability.... manquillo is limited player... gomez has it.
Debateable. Wisdom is barely turning out for premier league threatened sides let alone in your shambles of a defence. Thats not to say he won't in the future but on his current record it doesn't look likely
He's good enough for norwich solid. bit of a joker... #micahrichards rodgers doesn't like him at all end off.
Going on loan to relegation fodder doesn't necessarily mean he will start and play though. Bamfords going to Palace who are mid table, he ain't no premierleague mid table striker yet! (same with Sanogo who went there)
I'll be he plays... I've watched wisdom since we signed him in as a kid. he's not a scourse to be defended therefore but he is good enough for prem. he's a unit and he's solid. He'll play for norwich. I think bamford will get a go, but ST is a lot harder to get a game at then RB. I think he can garb at it if he can do a kane... we'll have to see. I'm not sure about him as I saw him at boro
Don't know if anybody's interested - drone flight over new stand expansion and surrounding areas, bit long but not something you would normally ever get to see ...
thats a bit of fun for sure. you can see the anfield road end has massive potential now. As i said exciting times... I can only imagine the centenary stand with a third tier... we won't see that for 10 years i reckon. I dunno what that little blue dot is though
I agree totally. the birds eye view shows what would have been lost for sure. I am glad personally. I do think LFC need the city support with transport next. IF LFC can bring 60k to 75k thats not quite 15k extra hotel beds but the reality of "premium seats" is it will benefit the city every way. IF we need a rail link af the cost of whatever 10mil... the council should go the extra mile... and everton can't whine as they wuld benefit from the service too. Imagine the main stand with a new anfield road end wrapping round off it the same size... 58k... c'mon lets get 65k out of it.
I definitely think this is just the start - more seats to come. FSG have shown they are delivering on their promise and you have to respect that
yes... i just think ok 54k in 2016/17 then we look... its be nice to think the anfield road end which looks like its got loads of room (remember it as two tier guys? (awful shed)
£70mill bid for Müller? Someone's having a laugh at the journalists expense. We'd never pay that much for someone in demand.
its a wind up of utd... bayern were not too impressed with any thought of him being sold so came out strong. i've no doubt Utd's worst rivals suddenly being linked is some mischief to wind up utd fans
