2nd time this talented team have won the national cup in 5 years, semi finals the others. majority of the team have been with city's academy since 9, of which 3 (Danny, Brad & Ben) will start their YT with city in the summer and 2 (Danny & Ben) Have already featured for the Youth Team this season. Well Done Lads. Pity the local media has not supported them.
What a great side they were, few names to mention who need to be recognised, i'm surprised there not playing at a high level in all fairness, Thomas Dungworth and George Eastwood, Tom has been at hull but was sadly released however i believe he would fit into many teams. Tom is a tough tackler and played centre midfield within the last few years at malet, throughout his early career he was seen as a right back and a very talented one at that, speed,tackling,throw,consistancy all what is needed. Also George is also an excellent player like Tom, he plays mainly centre mdfield but for malet he played right midfield in the last few years, he has really shined as a player down here and creating so many opurtunities and many assists with goals also to his name, many players struggled with eastwood on the right hand side and could not handle his pressure or ball skills, he is a great passer,thinker and has great feet oh and also a great shot. These two should be at a club. I hope these two do well in the future. Also Brad Ricketts, Daniel Chambers,Ben Clappison are ones to look out for in the future, Luke Kinsley is also a very talented goal keeper with been on trial at Leeds United and was at Hull for 2 years.
