SW6, Romans Advisor, etc Also District Line isn't around much these days. How come the Chelsea fans are all departing? We were never the most busy board on here, but it never used to be this dead. I just looked and its been like 12 hours since someone posted on the Chelsea board. You would think we aren't even the Champions of England. Whats the bet that the first reply to this is a rival fan too? Lets see
Lost a lot of key posters without drawing in new ones. I do love this board but often I find Chelsea forums barring the Shed to be quite dull. I'm drawn to the more general boards such as reddit r/soccer. Hope we get some more life in the new season though.
Weaintgotnohistory is good, a bit too american..and "big" if you know what i mean. I do believe there was too much trolling and vitriol in the past. Made real discussion hard to find.
I think that muppet we used to have on this board (whose name has deserted me - he had a weird obsession with Liverpool) made everyone leave.
That's the one. Proper tool. To be fair this board was never rammed with loads of people like the Liverpool or Newcastle board, just had a few posters who posted pretty much every day. I've been very busy outside of this so didn't have any time to post towards the end of the season.
Mods let that go on far too long. Since then Katie has been spamming the board with his tedious Stats and QPR threads. Only Chelsea Pensioner has had the balls to comment on how Katie was single handedly finishing off the board. We have a similar problem with matth who is as desperate for attention as Katie but it is kept under control by the mods and regular posters.
To answer Bodanki. I think too much of the "banter" in the past became too quickly abusive. I include myself as a culprit This gets seriously boring as an onlooker especially when the point of the argument is lost in the vitriol I expect people are sitting on beaches at the mo so hopefully it will liven up shortly
Maybe not. I also think getting rid of multi board threads was a mistake. Used to be a lot of banter on those.
The Premier League board seems the liveliest board these days - apart from the Piskie/HIAG bore-athons. This replaces the multi-board threads to a degree.
Think people already did en masse when the site was changed. Not sure it is possible with this new interface.
Lets get the ball rolling then. We have the same team as last year, not too many new faces, cue massive debate, oh miss-spelt faces meant faeces for Quadrado.
