As Chester has got his own thread I thought Brady should get one too. 14:05 Norwich City have completed the signing of Hull City midfielder Robbie Brady. The Republic of Ireland international has agreed a three-year deal and becomes the club's third signing of the summer after Graham Dorrans and Youssouf Mulumbu.
He grew in stature and ability with City and should do a good job for Norwich, barring injuries. Good luck, Robbie.
Another good larker, developed immensely over his time with us. Shame to see him go, just like Chester. Good luck Brady.
A good player, also a good fee. I prefer him to Robertson but I do think its essential for Andy's development, he needs to play. If we lose Elmo I will start to worry, hes an essential player.
Was too hit and miss for us in my opinion, although he finished his career with us playing his best football (which probably helped with the fee).
Agreed. Back end of last season he put in some great performances and was one of our better players. Good luck to him and in Robertson we have a more than capable replacement in my opinion.
He was like ***an with a bit more technical ability, a headless chicken with no end product. Great business by city. To get £15m for James Chester and Robbie Brady whilst keeping our better players in their respective positions is just incredible.
good deal for us, for norwich and for Brady, deserves imho to ply his trade in the top league, leaves with my best wishes, hope the lad goes on to bigger and better things, my abiding memory is his face after the leeds result came in which guaranteed us promotion, sheer delight.
He had the PL last season and blew it in spectacular fashion. I'm sure we'll all miss his hopeless crossing and free kicks crashing into the wall. We're well rid of the little turd.
As with Chester, Robbie Brady has gone due to relegation. The price you pay for failure. Good Luck to the kid though.
I saw every game, the team was abysmal from start to finish as we all know. Why put these players on a pedestal when they can't wait to leave our club? Good riddance to the pair of them from me, just a shame we can't clear out the rest of last seasons failures.
Good luck to Robbie, he came of age last year and couldn't really be faulted in the end. Apart from a shaky game early on in the Europa League he had the likes of the midget Sterling in his back pocket and the promise he was showing with his dead balls was immense. Him and Robbo in tandem would have been awesome this year but its not to be...
Good deal for us.. Probably the most frustrating player after Aluko to watch for me.. Mainly negative on the ball, never made a run behind a full back always wants it to his feet and one of the worst corner takers I've seen at the KC.
Brady told Sky Sports News just now: "it was a hard decision to leave as Hull has been such a big part of my career and they gave me two years in the Premier League."
