He shouldn't of been around for this one mate. He's decision making is very bad. How many times has he got out in that manner?
According to the beeb he has been caught 8 times behind the stumps, 4 by the keeper and 4 slips/gully......
Just been put up on the beeb that Sir Peter O'Sullivan the legendary racing commentator passed away today, he was 97......

Bugger..Cook gone in extraordinary circumstances....Voges taking evasive action the ball lodges in his jumper......jammy.....
Still would have taken the position England are in after losing toss only 3 runs behind and 7 wickets in hand.....
If you'd said that we'd be in that position after the first day the men in white coats would have been nearby...
Thing is Aussie, Cook said he would have batted first as well...... Strange old game, but if say you bowl England out for another 120 or so runs it would still be game on.....first 2 sessions today will determine how this will pan out, the weather forecast is decent today, should be ideal batting conditions.....
I was in a different office yesterday, and the tv stream was too slow to get a picture at the time - but seeing the cloud cover on the highlights later I was really surprised Cook said he'd have batted. Clarke's mind could have been thinking of 2005 when Ponting won the toss and fielded and England posted over 400 on day one - but most captains always want to bat 1st and 3rd for obvious reasons. After a lovely summer with next to no rain, the last week and this week has been an unpleasant jolt. It's meant to rain over the weekend, but with 13 wickets falling yesterday, I'd say they could lose a whole day and still get a result
Great bowling from Johnson this morning, but Root should be strung up for throwing his wicket away when in total control. He could hardly reach the ball, let alone be playing a drive at it!Also why oh why didn't Butler review his lbw decision, with the batting to come surely it was worth risking it!Game in the balance now.
England all out for 281,after an 87 partnership between Ali and Broad.England lead by 145 runs,i reckon we need to bowl them out for between 250-300.Anything less is a bonus,as I speak Broad has Rogers lbw for 6.17-1,come on England!
