The Hull based solicitors are long term sponsors of the Club and will now see their new look branding appear on the back of the playing strip for the Sky Bet Championship campaign. Tigers commercial manager Simon King expressed the Club’s delight at the new deal: “We have had an excellent commercial relationship with the Hudgell Solicitors for a long period of time. “This new partnership is an exciting one for the Club and will give Hudgell Solicitors the opportunity to showcase their new branding on the back of our historic black and amber shirt.” Neil Hudgell, managing director of Hudgell Solicitors, added: “As a company we have been long-standing supporters of the Tigers and as such we are delighted to be sponsoring their new shirt for the 2015/16 season. “Having lost their top-flight status last season, it is more important than ever that local businesses support the Club in its bid to return to the Premier League as quickly as possible. “We are sure they are capable of doing just that and we look forward to what will hopefully be an exciting season in the Championship, and a return to the top-flight, where Hull City belong.” *Pictured above is Simon Wilson, Head of marketing at Hudgell Solicitors, and the Tigers' commercial manager Simon King http://www.hullcitytigers.com//news...ck-of-shirt-sponsor-2575965.aspx?site=desktop Solicitors with a head of marketing. Doesn't sit right with me.
Yeah that's the way they work now. Where there's blaim there's claim types at least. Used to be you'd use them on recommendations though.
Isn't that back of shirt sponsor an Acronym for Huddlestone's new hair product range or will He think It is?
I don't know why but I just had a quick look and found Head of Marketing jobs for Funeral Directors and even a Field Sales role that involved prospecting within care homes and sheltered housing to sell funeral plans....now that seems a bit odd. Still a solicitor is a step up from online gambling or pawn brokers isn't it? If I hurt myself at Flamingo Land at least I know where to go.... EDIT Pawn for Porn...not that I have a one track mind or anything...
will this just appear on the players' shirts? Not on those sold to fans? If it's on the fans' shirts I definitely won't be getting one now. Done some work for Neil Hudgell Solicitors in the past and they have some rather unsavoury, dodgy, greedy practices that I really didn't agree with. Neither would the Solicitors Regulation Authority if they found out.
Shame it isn't printed further down towards the bottom of the shirt. At an appropriate place for someone who used to advertise his medical negligence claims division as his initials - NHS.
