For those who can't read it, it says: "Stop moaning, fans!" I have been a supporter of Hull City through thick and thin from 1906 when they played on the Hull cricket ground, and I have never lost hope that some day I shall see First Division football in Hull. The prospects in the near future are so much brighter than at any time in the last 40 years that I am disgusted by the moaning and groaning of many of the so-called "supporters" of the team. They should be ashamed of their failure to take the rough with the smooth. Though I am nearly 80 I have been lucky enough to miss only one match this season (including the reserves), and I can only say to the waverers - "Stop moaning! The Tigers will come back. Used to go to Asbestos in Savile Street for Dunlop Green Flash tennis shoes, or 'sannies' as we called them then. Seems they're still around only marketed as retro!

Just a slight edit and it could have been written yesterday
