Dude, we're completely missing the point on this one. Look at the three facts about this situation. 1) Andy Gray is a complete prick. He hates Sunderland and never gives us the credit we deserve. Good riddance on that one. And also no more GAY commentary on Fifa! Thank God 2) Richard Keys is a bit drab, completely agree on the Jeff Stelling front 3) THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL. We saw Sian in her first PL game against Blackpool (I think or Blackburn w/e) she was the BEST official on the pitch (i.e. The other was Stuart Atwell and the other linesman didnt have a clue) She didnt make a mistake. As far as im concerned if she DID make a mistake (which she didnt in the game in question) fair does have a laugh say women cant linesman whatever - fact is she can. But to say what they said in the game in question is Ludicrous. Also my whole family goes to the match and my sister would beat ANYONE on these boards at general knowledge about Sunderland or football in general. sian massey has proved to be one of the best referees assistants on the circuit without a doubt ,i would be more concerned about what purpose these extra officials do in euro matches behind the goals
and she's a bit of alreet anarl - seriously tho I agree that she is one of the better assistants I cannot remember her making any major mistakes apart from her boot colour not matching her flag lol
