Saw a piece on Sky Sports News the other day about the MLS and how the current top scorer has banged in his 14th goal of the season. Now you're probably thinking it would be someone like David Villa, Robbie Keane perhaps or maybe even Kaka, but of course you'd be wrong as the current top scorer in the MLS is none other than Kei Kamara!!

I know it is a vastly inferior league and some of the defending must be pretty shoddy, but that's still pretty impressive from a player who never really looked like scoring during his time with us. Seemed like a top bloke so good on him <ok>

Like you say Munky, 'top bloke' but I think the fact that he's top scorer pretty much sums up the standard of the MLS <ok>

A great moment, made even better by Holt's late winner!

Pretty sure Kei provided the assist for Holt's injury time winner.

I'm probably in the minority here but I thought Kei could've made it in the EPL. He had pace, power, was good at the holding the ball up and bringing others into the game, plus, despite sometimes looking like a drunken giraffe, he was good techically.

A bit like the Aussie A league when Heskey is seen as a goal scoring machine and Theocrapalus is one of the best keepers!

He was used wrong by hughton in my opinion, wasn't good enough to start games and should have been used only for impact. I think hughtons dislike of holt meant kei kept getting starts towards the end of the season when our form was rubbish. As soon as he left we beat west brom and city away. Nice bloke but no more than an impact player.
