POWERED 7.10 Sandown 100-1 (well if shergs can do it why cant I) Tardily away and green on debut and lost all chance when running up the backside of the horse in front inside the final furlong. No chance after but did run on well in what wasn't the worst of Brighton juvenile races. This track should suit as a test of stamina. The yard are no mugs and would relish landing an each way touch with one like this. Low risk big reward. ATR comment; "impossible to fancy"
Stick putting up an 100/1 shot! This is going to go off as 2/1 favourite do you know how many people you're going to tempt into a bet putting a horse up at this price. It's only 50s on PP. I'm on.
worth a quid e/w, especially having scooped the euromillions, £6.30 has to be the biggest rip off of all time. My day will depend upon the outcome of a first race patent, Valko at Catt, West sussex at Bath and a speculative, Lajatico at Lingers. Easy come , easy go !!!!
Thanks Stick - will have a few quid each way. also done a double in Sandown with Satellite and American Artist
Good luck Stick! In the 'lucky last' at Sandown Rocket Rob has been backed which means stable money or connections money is down (often he starts at unfancied odds)There are no more shady connections than the Musson yard when it comes to Rocket Rob, who has bags of talent but is always angled to get the right handicap mark. I am of the opinion that they have he a small number of gambles on him not come off, however he shaped well recently and this is his track. Begrudgingly will back him.
