Unfortunately there is very little football related matter to discuss at the moment and my boredom threshold is very low.
Caught up on it late....had to do catch up on my computer....great fun as I developed buffering eyes. Yes, I am enjoying the series....though can't stand the woman's son....an actor born to play psychos. Has some intriguing twists..though the basic idea I worked out pretty early. Entertaining.
I'm on the ferry to the IoW. On the drive down to Soton I pointed out St Marys and told tales of world footballing dominance.
I was on a train recently and pointed out SMS to a random young lad sitting next to me. He had that terrified look you get when you discover a nutter is sitting next to you.
Mine was 8 minutes from 9am... all done. When I got to checkout it said "Smart card upload" for fulfillment. I assume that automatically hits my new season ticket and I just stick it in the slot at the turnstile?
And I don't particularly want to go to this meeting tomorrow. At first I thought it be a good thing, and we could strategise and come up with some really good ideas, but it's apparent it'll be being told what to do and there will be no input from me (her reaction when I mentioned about spreading posts over several days and not necessarily posting something on one day if there's something already been posted and it can be posted the next day demonstrates that) I can't be arsed to travel 2 hours and spend £15 on that. Still, I suppose I should approach it with an open mind...
Eeek....I forgot I was buying tickets today. My problem is that I will be entitled to a concession by the time these matches come round, so I wanted to talk to a human being (or at least someone at the ticket office )
That will be right. I had an e-mail saying that they would upload to my members card (so will send the card to me when I book the first ticket).
Of course, as I'm still away in bonnie Scotland on holiday I don't know if my season ticket has arrived yet ....
Go, be professional - then if they're dicking you around, at least you can leave with your head high knowing that you were the one that acted properly.
ticket website is busy! I want to buy tickets for 3 games. they have about 6 games available all from 9am this morning, no wonder it is busy!
Going out shortly so can't hang around...what will be, will be. I want the friendly and the Everton match, so will have to try later.
True, good advice. Though if I am dicked around, I want to have had some reason for the trip to not be a complete waste of time and money, so are there any events happening on the south coast tomorrow I could go to maybe?
