Jozy Altidore is expected to face former club Sunderland on Wednesday after returning to action with Toronto, following his omission from the USA Gold Cup squad. USA boss Jurgen Klinsmann snubbed Altidore from his Gold Cup plans last week, with the striker just returning from a hamstring problem. Altidore wasn’t surprised by that due to his fitness worries, claiming: “The window was too small to get to where he (Klinsmann) wanted me to get. “I’m happy to be back here.” But Altidore - who has netted six goals in 12 appearances for Toronto since leaving Sunderland in January - featured in the MLS win against Philadelphia Union yesterday. That should see the 25-year-old participate against Sunderland on Wednesday night - probably for just 45 minutes - for the Black Cats’ final pre-season encounter of their North American tour. The friendly with Toronto was negotiated as part of the swap deal involving Altidore and Jermain Defoe, with the latter moving to the Stadium of Light on a three-and-a-half-year deal. http://www.sunderlandecho.com/sport...et-for-sunderland-reunion-this-week-1-7366589

Got bored, they changed the forum software, which I still don't like, too much going on with it, and was sick of getting harranged (is that even a word, kindle doesnt think so) over the banner, people saying it was ****, but not trying themselves to make a better/updated one, I was a Photoshop noob before I tried the one we still have, Christ I still am, I havnt touched it since I done that banner. So if I could have a go, I'm sure others could. And now it's changed with the software, cant see hardly any if it anyway.
Ah the banner. Forgot we had one. Can hardly see it when using my phone. Anyway **** the banner. Good to see you back mate.
He'll score against us, make peace with it already. Hopefully we can have a better performance than the last two games. I get pre season is about fitness, but you still want signs of encouragement that the team can play together
I've done some too. We can't please everybody as everyone has different tastes. But don't bother anymore fella. Regardless of other peoples opinion. Mick can't be ****ed to change it so it's not worth the effort. Good to see you back, hope you stick around mate.
