Worth a watch if you've got a spare 20 minutes - http://www.mustardtv.co.uk/episode/three-up-front-49/
Just switched on the TV to catch Murray v Djoko and what did I find immediately on?! Yep, our match, about 20 seconds before the second goal! Amazing.
Metro Sport @Metro_Sport Every outfield Barcelona player touched the ball in the build-up to Ivan Rakitic's goal: http://metro.co.uk/2015/06/06/every-outfield-barcelona-player-touched-the-ball-in-build-up-to-ivan-rakitic-goal-v-juventus-5233716/… Bastards. They've been watching the re-run of Norwich vs Boro at Wembley and plagiarized our second goal. Sort it out McNally
Can't be arsed to trawl through 15 pages to find out, but this will please either Guru or Welly! And remember, kids, DON'T mess with fireworks!! http://www.pinkun.com/home/norwich_...512?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=twitterfeed
Anyone else notice that although the fan has pleaded 'not guilty' to throwing or casting a firework in a public place, the caption underneath the photo clearly states that 'The flare was thrown by the fan after Norwich City's victory against Middlesbrough in the play-off final'?
Cheers, welly - THAT'S why I wasn't about to trawl through an entire thread. I had a hunch you wouldn't be too far away at the mention of budgie pyrotechnics - keep your eyes peeled, there'll be a lot more fireworks in the Premier league next season with Alex Neil at the helm By the way, squire, your signature: 'A Town Consecrated to Football' wouldn't it be more appropriate to say: 'A Town Constipated by (lack of decent) Football'
You have to go and spoil it, don't you? Back to the Pinkun article, it will be interesting to see how that pans out, seeing as the guy is fighting the charge, I would assume after taking legal advice.
Think you'll find it's McCarthy and Connor that have 'spoilt it', me old fruit. No, it's just that there was talk of flares in the Carrow Road leg of the play-off semi final. So, by winning, we saved the need for blue and white fireworks and avoided any of your boys getting picked up by the fuzz
From the BBC football gossip column - Former Newcastle, Manchester United and England striker Andy Cole has said on Kicca that Chelsea striker Patrick Bamford, who helped fire Middlesbrough to Premier League promotion while on loan, needs to leave Stamford Bridge in order to fulfil his potential. I see that the quote doesn't actually reflect what the Kicca article says!!!
Just back to God's own County and able to post this picture of the City fans in my village celebrating at the final whistle
