Sunderland AFC News And Banter Page: 8 mins · Despite signing exciting Dutch forward Jeremain Lens earlier this week, Sunderland seem keen to further bolster their attacking options, having been linked with young Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj. Rumours of the 20 year old’s departure have emerged as a result of his slide down the United pecking order, with Sunderland the bookies’ favourite among a gaggle of suitors including Everton and Real Sociedad.
Dont want him not good enough. No end product blah blah ****ing blah. Any **** uttering this ****e needs shooting
Cover for Johnson!!!! Is that a serious statement? The kid would run rings round that soft prat. Limited to a few cameo appearances last season and all of a sudden he's **** or something?
Johnson "situation" If i had to pick between the 2 based on ability , yes Januzi would come out top. Just mind.
The gulf is huge in my Fred The Red novelty glasses. In the event that Johnson goes to prison, can you lot sue him for some sort of damage and what not? As for the topic, I'd be very happy with a loan to you lot this season I said that last season as well, it's a shame he didn't get games last season for another club but he simply has to get games this season for his own good, he's way too good for reserve team football.
We need some form of "cover" , and would be top addition but he would never in month of Sundays come. Comes off as a bit big headed to me and looks like going down the rodwell, johnson route. So in 5 years we might stand a chance hahaha Re: Johnno compo , reckon the club should and will just condem and then forget! ASAP If he is guilty you know the victim will start some kind of civil case, we would look like reet ****s going up against that hahaha.
I still don't get how people can't grasp the role loans play in the transfer market. We aren't competing with MUN so its a win win situation. We give a player valuable experience in the league where he might not get it at his home club and receive a player who obviously has some talent. Whether he is able to develop into a top footballer is built on such experiences. If they can't hack it, the better teams then sell. You can't expect a team that regularly just excapse relegation to be siging starlet off teams in the CL with title ambitions.
I think he'd go. He needs PL experience if he wants to play for Man United. If he went to Dortmund on loan it'd only be as a step to selling him. A full season under his belt and he could be ready to replace Young. Or he may need a two year loan, we won't know until he's playing regularly. he is actually surprisingly good at getting back as well. A manager like LVG won't stand for his antics not do I think your gaffer would, id happily see that slapped out of him!
Anybody got an idea about LVG's personal relationship with Advocaat? It's naive to think they're both Dutch so they'd get on because he doesn't get on with Koeman at all.
This kid on 1 wing and Lens on the other would give most fullbacks trouble. I know he has fell out of favour at Man Utd but how many players there can understand where they are playing never mind keeping form. I think he could shine again playing every week for us. Bonus for us and Man Utd.
why has he fallen 'out of favour' at ManUre, Terry? has he just slumped, LVG mis-managed him, ...****e attitude - whats the view? apart from a dodgy photo of dick and lvg in the 80s with 2 birds painted in dutch club kits with their baps oot, i've nee idea if they still get on
