Good for you. I think it is sweet your wife worries about your boobs falling, and that you'd care enough to buy and wear a bib for her to prevent it happening.
Only on the day that men stop pulling in their large man bellies in front of a mirror saying, 'Not bad.'
I'll have you know that belly is essential for the modern man to provide energy during the dark months, where the sun god barely shows his face and man must make the perilous trek to asda to be the provider for his partner and offspring.
Have been watching some videos of this lad and he does remind me of Alan Ball with his eye for I one touch pass and obviously a similar statue, if he turns out anywhere near the level of Bally happy days
From what little I have seen of him to me a seems an exciting prospect. I think we should refrain from " the dutch xavi" tags. Joe Allen has infamously been coined "the Welsh Xavi" and we all know how that turned out.
Hmm, might have to remind you of this when we are selling him to Liverpool next summer FLT ! I dont trust any of the buggers any more !
5 Year contract....I like that. As Kreuger said recently: A three year deal in the EPL is really a two year deal. We have learnt from that. Of course that can come back to bite you, but I suspect they think Clasie is worth that risk.
What shirt number is Clasie going to wear? I can't believe the online store doesn't have his jersey for sale yet!
Back on the subject of beer and bellies since stopping drinking and going to rehab ive lost 10kg and almost have a 6 pack. I bought a pair of diesel jeans size 29" waist, normally 32 was tight. Give up the booze- you won't regret it!
Good work man, well done. I've been on the same train although just cutting back a lot on the booze rather than cutting it out completely. Its boring but the rewards are worth it
70 days now. I sleep without diazepam booze or other chemical assistance. Less tired, look younger. And I now understand why I drank so heavily all my adult life. I would recommend rehab to anyone who thinks they may have a 'drink problem' or drink is costing them more than money.
I know all about the benefits as I managed 2 months off a couple years back. Was looking healthy and slimmed right down. Its very depressing that it should be so difficult to give up.
It seems I should start drinking, if only to quit later. Because I'm not drinking now, but I don't see any of the benefits you mention!
