I've had one of the strangest/most interesting days of my life today, finally home though, it's nice to be back!! Looks like things are happening on the transfer front! How are you H?
Cool! I'm sorry I need to rant about my day, it's been really fun/weird... My Uncle works in Pinewood Studios, preparing cameras for films shoots. I got a lift up to London with him today at 5am, and at 8.30, whilst having a rollie, Johnny Depp was driven past about 4 foot away from me on a little golf-buggy thing. An hour after that, we drove past Tim Burton I also got to see the set for the new Aliens film, and a cowboy-esque replica of a town, can't remember what film it was for... Then I went to London to see friends, and went to the Steve Bell exhibition at the Cartoon Museum (he does the funny political cartoons in the Guardian), followed by him doing a talk about his work. Was incredibly interesting! And loads of pints in cool pubs in between!! I feel like I've been dreaming all day...
According to rumour ****e the talks with the prince have broken down ! and ipswich are now offering £3.5m for Soredell !!! I would suggest this is getting close to silly money that has been discussed previously!
Hmm the Noel Hunt one is bizarre!! Just seen this on BBC Rumours page; Dutch giants Ajax have taken former Aston Villa youngster Harry Forrester on trial. The 20-year-old never made a first-team appearance for the Midlands club and was released at the end of last season. I know Harry had his reasons to leave, but does go to show that a move to a bigger club doesn't always work! Hopefully our youngsters will see that and take note - Mensah signing pro forms hopefully shows they are!
