We seem to be a bit slow off the mark while City and Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal are making some big changes. City and Utd especially seem to be bringing in some great signings.
Many of the players tipped to head our way have headed somewhere else, and apart from Falcao and a few youngsters all going on loan, we look positively frozen to the spot.
Is Pogba a reality or will he too go to Barca or Real?
    Thoughts?

Juve again claiming Pogba going nowhere. To be honest I don't see much movement from anybody in the top four yet, my lot have bought Depay and are heavily linked with Morgan but we still need a striker and right back, Arsenal have bought a keeper (a very good keeper), City have bought?. I know you can't afford to stand still, but I haven't seen any movement that should worry you yet.

The other teams need to do more than us. Sure we can't afford to stand still but we'll bring in a 3 or 4 before the season starts and we'll have 1 or 2 in the first team after their loans last season.

I saw us linked with Turan a lot and didn't really want him at all but now i see he's signed for Barca?! I must be missing something?

Was there any real link between you and Turan? I have the title down as a race between you and Arsenal as things stand but things can change quickly in the transfer window. I still think my team may be in with a shout if they use the window wisely <ok>

I need to have some faith/hope

The current squad is good enough to challenge for the title again but we are probably a couple of really good players away from pushing the top clubs in Europe in the champions league.

Nothing the other P.L clubs have done has worried me at all but City especially are being linked with a lot. If they suddenly got Sterling, Pogba and De Bruyne then they'd probably be favourites next term.

Not sure why we aren't looking at Sneiderlin or Vidal if they are available. I think we should have also gone for Tevez over Falcao as well.

To be honest lads, your squad along with manager is probably good enough to win it again next season. Big changes aren't needed. Clear out some dead wood - bring in some cover for Matic, and a world class striker and we may as well hand you the title now <laugh>

Falcao was a strange one, but it would make me laugh if Jose got him back to his best after LVG failed so miserably with him.

Just look at the players were have on loan! Begovic must be mad if he wants to come to us with Delec waiting in the wings (already a full cap for Croatia). Mitchell Beeney looks like he could leap frog Jamel Blackman too. We must be mad if we don't use these guys. I know a lot of academy players are cash cows to fund the system but some of them are serious contenders. The player I think we should be integrating is Van Ginkle.I think Moses has suffered on loan. He was an exemplary young professional with a real drive to perform, now he is fodder with a real desire to cheat and just make do.

Liverpool have signed Sean O'Driscoll as their new assistant manager though. I'd probably go as far as saying that would be as good as signing Messi.

Wouldn't it be nice to see some of our fantastic young talent used in the squad? Unfortunately, Jose doesn't see it that way.

The improvements being made by Arsenal and United in particular are worrying. I really believe we need 2 more players of top quality otherwise we may be faced with panic buys in January...

Came to say the same thing, but who could we buy to realistically improve this team?

Factor in the money thatd cost and i feel our innactivity this year is quite understandable
