Don't mind it actually. Can see why the decided to go this way, as in years gone by we always seam to mix and match away kit when we can't use all white of all black. We would have white shirts & black shorts or black shirts & white shorts. So I can see the logic in having a distinctive (which it is) away kit.

The reason behind the kit is a not so subtle tribute to Blackpool after the 2009/10 play off victory....FACT! haha

I went to the team photo earlier and saw the kit first hand and up close. I couldn't speak for about 5 minutes due to stunned state I was in. Shaun Macdonald, poor sod looked so depressed, it just doesn't suit gingers. Being completely honest when I saw it my first thought was that it looked like their mothers must have shagged a wotsit

It's just suddenly come to me. Today is Wednesday and today we revealed our new away kit to be orange, so it's Swansea City's version of Orange Wednesday.

Orange Wednesdays: bringing people together......except in Belfast (and possibly Swansea)

pink kit = definite no no. black should stay as the refs kit. I'm not into blue in any way, shape or form. but it kinda worked back in the 1st division. and it was later donated to us (F.O.S.C.F.A football team) after it was dis-guarded. it was simple, had a big swan right slap bang in the middle of the chest. and wasn't spoiled by an advert. and i liked it.
at least it wasn't that ugly shade of blue that we all hate.

i can honestly say i'm in shock, i was'nt impressed with the home shirt, but that fkin dish cloth is taking the p*ss, if these are the type's of shirt adidas come up with i can't believe they have'nt gone bust, is it not the cheapest looking shirt you've ever seen? the design is so bland john major must have designed it and kenny everett must have picked the colour. ps tell adidas not to rush anymore of them over as we'll have a load of them to go back, fkin rubbish. we had a smart looking green and black stripe kit a couple of seasons ago, we should have gone with that.

Don't mind the colour but it is too Boro-esque for my liking. What's wrong with matching the style of the home strip - substitute white for orange and black for white and voila? Definitely a marmite kit.
