Etienne Capoue set to be signed next week, lets hope he is better for us than his surname suggests, did not set the lane alight by all accounts.
Shame to see Bond leave on a Perm - I was hoping he would go to Reading on a season long loan. Think he will be an excellent keeper in the future so good luck to him and I'm sure he thinks it's the right time to play regular football.
Can't see there being a place for AG unfortunately but he will no doubt have plenty of suitors after his performances for us last season.
27-year-old Allan Nyom is ready to commit his future to Watford, after receiving a contract offer until 2019. please log in to view this image Cameroon international Allan Nyom is a step closer to joining Watford, having confirmed to Ideal Granada that he is "excited" by the contract offer he has received. The proposal on the table, is one which will see the 27-year-old complete a permanent switch to The Hornets from Udinese until 2019, having spent the last six seasons on loan with Granada. "I've received the contract and all that is required is for me to sign it." Nyom confirmed, whilst explaining that he's now in the process of reviewing the documentation. Although he has been learning English, Nyom admitted: "The paperwork is all in English, which is a language I don't yet understand fully. So, it's going to depend on everything being okay, and that everything reflects what I was told verbally." Delighted with the opportunity he has been offered at Vicarage Road, Nyom also enthused: "The project Watford have excites me, and aside from that, the Premier league is a competition everyone in the world sees." For certain, there have been mixed reactions amongst Granada fans, who are reluctant to see one of their favourite heroes leave them. Some are disappointed and frustrated, whilst others can't fault the ambitions of Nyom, wishing him well in his move and sure he'll make a great impact at his new club. After having already suggested that it was time to move on, to experience a change of scenery and take the next step in his professional career, Nyom will leave a large gap to fill at Granada, having proved to be such an important player for them Some are disappointed and frustrated, whilst others can't fault the ambitions of Nyom, wishing him well in his move and sure he'll make a great impact at his new club. I'd love to see him back but the midfield is starting to look a bit crowded! The only problem is, the only other team I've seen linked with him is Bournemouth and I don't like the thought of him going there...
He may fall into that 'too good for the Champ, not good enough for the Prem' camp, but until we try (without being too negative) there may be others like that too...

Also I don't quite understand the dynamics of the moves involving Youssef Al-Arabi and Allan. Jonathan Bond is an odd one. He can't stay at the club and be third choice behind Gomes and Arlauskis, but the move depletes out British born or home grown group, how that works in the PL is also a mystery as some weeks Arsenal and Manchester City turn out teams with no British/home grown players on the field.

I think we should send a congratulations present to the 100th linked transfer target this summer; it is quite ridiculous
