    Anyone else going ?

I had forgotten all about it & the R1 is currently being shipped over to Spain with 30 others for a couple of track days <doh>

I'm still going over on 2 wheels though, just these legs have considerably less horsepower than I'm used ton attending bike events with !!

Starts at 5pm.......last year around 20000 attended

Barton has become a ****ing madhouse - with the bulk of Nth Lincs traffic police and their mobile speed traps being in the vicinity Barton, tonight is the perfect night for a blast around the Bardney TT and a fish and chip supper in Wragby, you can stuff Barton where the sun don't shine.

I NEVER name my motorbikes.....never want to get so attached to them......it's just the R1 ....like the next will be the H2 (hopefully)

Although I suppose my first really decent bike was Elsie.......but only because it was a Yamaha RD350 LC

I went over to Barton around 6.30 a.m. the day after last years bike night, the main road and Market Place were absolutely covered in rubbish. Council workers were busy with industrial blowers and suckers (technical terms) and the place was apparently spick and span by 9.00.

Near where I live we have Cassington Bike Night, organised by, amongst others, the local WI! Usually a peaceful event, approx 10000 bikes this year.

Whilst I was at the TT last month, got up close to the H2R awesome machine, James Hillier said it was insane the first 4 gears. Would love a H2 but too much bike for me I'm afraid. Looking at a Z1000 next bike, when I've finished paying off the ER6-F that's used for work.
